Our return and refund policies for research peptide orders.
Important Notice
Due to the nature of our research products and strict quality control requirements, our return policy is limited. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Policy Overview
BioPeaksLabs is committed to providing high-quality research materials. However, due to safety, regulatory, and quality assurance considerations, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items CANNOT be returned:
- ✕Opened products: Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken
- ✕Reconstituted peptides: Any peptide that has been reconstituted or mixed with any solution
- ✕Improperly stored items: Products that have not been stored according to provided guidelines
- ✕Orders over 14 days old: Items received more than 14 days prior to return request
Eligible Returns
We may accept returns for the following situations:
- ✓Unopened products: Items in original, sealed packaging returned within 14 days of delivery
- ✓Damaged shipments: Products that arrive damaged (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)
- ✓Incorrect items: If we sent the wrong product (contact us immediately)
- ✓Quality issues: Products that fail to meet stated purity specifications (requires documentation)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@biopeakslabs.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval - Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Ship the item - Return the product in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked
- Inspection - Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund if approved
* Do not return items without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to eligible returns (not applicable to damaged or incorrect items)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Document the damage - Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us immediately - Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging - Retain the original box and packing materials
We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost for verified damaged items. In some cases, we may not require return of the damaged product.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order:
- Before shipping: Contact us as soon as possible. Orders not yet shipped can typically be cancelled for a full refund.
- After shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or request a return once received (subject to return policy).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
