Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
We ship to all 50 states. Some remote locations (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories) may have extended delivery times and additional shipping costs.
We do not currently offer international shipping. International customers should consult local regulations regarding peptide importation before seeking alternative suppliers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Issues
If you experience any issues with your shipment:
- Damaged packages: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
- Lost packages: Contact us if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order
- Incorrect items: Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong products
