ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY BIOPEAKSLABS ARE STRICTLY FOR IN-VITRO RESEARCH AND LABORATORY USE ONLY.
By purchasing from BioPeaksLabs, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Products are NOT intended for human consumption
- Products are NOT intended for veterinary use
- Products are NOT intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use
- Products are NOT approved by the FDA for any medical purpose
- Products may only be used for legitimate scientific research by qualified individuals
- You will NOT resell products for human or animal consumption
Any use of our products outside of legitimate laboratory research purposes is strictly prohibited and may violate federal, state, and local laws.
Eligibility
To purchase products from BioPeaksLabs, you must:

- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability issues
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify purchaser eligibility
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, cryptocurrency, and bank transfers. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:
- Opened products cannot be returned for any reason
- Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Product Information

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are provided for reference and represent testing results at the time of analysis.
